Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to ensure daily operations meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals. Your role includes training and evaluating team members, recruiting and selecting staff, and enforcing all Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining daily focus on individual and team member standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $17.00 – $26.30 per hour plus commission on sales. Final pay rate is determined based on experience and qualifications.
