As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll contribute to 7-Eleven’s success by leading a team to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for our guests.
Responsibilities: What Will You Do?
- Inventory Management procedures
- Shift coverage
- Ability to train and develop staff for all shifts (1st, 2nd, & Night-shift)
- Ability to perform night shift procedures
- Bank Deposits
- Electronic Voids
- Cycle Count Management (i.e. Cigarettes/ Hot foods / Beer)
- Ability to set up new items
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED with minimum 2 years applicable experience
- Prior successful food service, retail, grocery management experience
- Demonstrated effective training, coaching and conflict resolution skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Results oriented team player
- Ability to work flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 /hou
