Assistant Residential DirectorThe Assistant Residential Director oversees residence managers and other direct support staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with all relevant regulations. This includes overseeing budgetary compliance and scheduling for staff within their region. While attention to individual needs is paramount, a key focus is providing administrative direction to staff.
