Assistant Resident Care Director: Care Leadership

Commonwealth Senior Living at Christiansburg is seeking an Assistant Resident Care Director to assist the Resident Care Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating the Resident Care department. You will provide direct resident care under the RCD and model the company values in daily practice.

You will coordinate staffing, supervise care staff, administer medications, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements while maintaining a homelike environment for residents.
