Location: East Bethel, MN
Wage: $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
Hours: 5:45 am - 3:45 pm, Monday - Thursday

- Maintain, validate, and operate Calypso CMM programs and advanced inspection equipment from customer drawings and CAD models
- Review customer drawings, specifications, and quality requirements prior to production release to support troubleshooting of measurement methods
- Perform first article inspections, first piece approvals, and complete AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports and PPAP submissions
- Assist production teams with print interpretation, GD&T requirements, capability studies, and root cause investigations for corrective actions
- Minimum of 2 years of Calypso programming and operating experience required
- Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and creating measurement plans
- Proven experience completing AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports and supporting PPAP submissions
- Prior CNC machining experience in a job shop environment with CAD software experience is a plus
- Associate degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing technology, or a related field
