Part-Time ( 10 hrs/week Mon Fri: 1 hr onsite + 1 hr Zoom check-in Occasional weekend tours)
SVCS is hiring a dependable, local Onsite Property Manager / Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the Aurora Business Center in San Leandro. This role serves as the primary onsite point of contact, coordinating between tenants, contractors, and our remote management team.
& Coordinate and conduct property walkthroughs for prospective commercial tenants.
Handle daily mail/deliveries, program door access codes, and manage key distribution.
Conduct daily walkthroughs, restock common-area/restroom supplies, take condition photos, and report maintenance needs.
& Meet contractors onsite to review work scopes, assist with property notices, and provide daily updates to the remote management team.
Must reside in San Leandro, CA, or within 5 miles of 1515 Aurora Drive.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
Willingness to complete standard background, credit, and drug screenings.
