This will require working with project managers to set up new projects, update project financials mid-project, close out projects, and help with various financial questions or updates required during execution. It would be ideal if this person has a cost or financial background. Knowledge of company financial basics, including sales, revenue, income, profitability, and labor multipliers, is ideal. This person will need to be trained/on-boarded to the client's internal financial system called Ecosys. This will take several months to get them up to speed, and they will work independently with the project management staff for project updates.
The role will be an in-office role for 40 hours. It will require excellent verbal and written communication skills. We need a self-starter who likes to learn independently, take on challenges, someone who can dig into the system to identify the issues, and works well with a large group of diverse staff. This is in a corporate environment, so dressing professionally and working a standard 8–5 schedule are required.
