Help coordinate projects, schedules, and track the progress of projects and report their results. Salary Range: $75,000 -125,000Responsibilities:Help oversee a construction project from start to finishManage day-to-day project activities including the POD and time sheetsAssist in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources neededWork with project manager to ensure understanding of all project activities, schedules and deliverablesHelp to manage client responsibilities and expectationsWork with management to develop the objectives/goals of each member and assign individual responsibilitiesEnsure that construction activities move according to pre-determined scheduleMonitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basisEffective time management and logical decision-making abilityQualifications:Ability to multitask and maintain effectiveness with multiple prioritiesProfessional demeanor; remain calm and emotionally controlled under pressureAbility to follow directions and take initiative when requiredExcellent communication, accounting and organizational skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Office and TimberlineA basic to good understanding of construction means and methodsBasic understanding/proficiency with spreadsheets, Email and other software used in the construction industry.Completed OSHA ET&D TrainingPhysical Demands: Field visits to the job siteEducation and/or Work Experience: At least one of the following:Degree in Engineering/Construction ManagementConstruction Management with 1-2 years of experience with a commercial and/or Industrial general contractor; 2+ years of directly related experience with no degree
