Then you may be our perfect hero!As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow.Job Responsibilities:Manage and complete production work per work order, including job setup, service execution, and cleanup.Ensure quality control and compliance with SERVPRO production and safety standards.Supervise, assign, and support Production Technicians; manage workflow and job-site performance.Train and coach technicians on processes, safety, equipment use, and customer service.Coordinate job-site activities and ensure crews arrive and complete work as scheduled.Create accurate job scopes and maintain complete job documentation.Take and record moisture readings for water losses.Communicate clearly with customers, Production Manager, and office staff regarding job progress and issues.Maintain clean, respectful job sites and protect customer property.Perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance and safeguard company assets.Qualifications:High school diploma/GEDInterpersonal and customer service skillsVerbal and written communication skillsBasic computer skills requiredAttentiveness to detailExperience in cleaning/restoration preferredAbility to travel locally or out of state when necessaryIICRC certifications preferredCarpenter skills are a plusPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistanceExposure to chemicalsWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAbility to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objectsCompensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
