We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to help our PMs keep complex architectural millwork projects organized, accountable, and on schedule.What you will do:Support PMs from project kickoff through closeoutTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurementRun smaller-scale projects as acting PM when assignedKeep documentation tight and organized in InnergyCoordinate with Engineering, Production, Field, and client teamsWhat you bring:2+ years in construction or project coordinationBachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferredComfort reading shop drawings and project documentationMicrosoft Office and PM software fluency (Innergy a plus)Salaried, exempt. Reports to the Senior Project Manager.This is a full time in office/onsite location.
