Assistant Project ManagerPlano, TXUprite Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help lead project coordination, financial tracking, and team communication across multiple commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into greater responsibility while working closely with Project Managers, field teams, and clients.What You'll Do:Support overall project management including schedule, budget, and quality coordinationAssist in managing subcontractor scopes, contracts, and performance trackingReview and process RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMonitor project costs and assist with forecasting and financial reportingCoordinate procurement efforts and long lead material trackingLead portions of project meetings and communicate action itemsMaintain client communication and help ensure expectations are metSupport risk management by identifying potential issues earlyAssist with project closeout, documentation, and final reportingWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredThree to five years of commercial construction experience preferredStrong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycleAbility to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse teamsExperience with project management software such as Procore or similar platforms preferredStrong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solvingUprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
