Assistant Project Manager (Phoenix)

I am seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing team in Phoenix, Arizona, supporting impactful commercial construction projects throughout the region. Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects
Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document control
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Track project costs and assist with financial reporting
Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting documentation
Support procurement activities and subcontractor coordination
Assist with project closeout activities and punch list management
Promote and uphold safety and quality standards on every project
