Assistant Project Manager - LGACordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager - LGA to join our Transportation Sector. The Assistant Project Manager LGA supports the successful execution of assigned projects for the client's program, from initiation through close-out. Under the direction of the Acquisition Project Manager and the Senior Project Manager – Acquisitions, this role helps ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the approved scope, quality standards, and program objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to support the efficient delivery of the client's initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, coordinate, and manage the delivery of right-of-way (ROW) projects, including but not limited to property acquisition, land conveyance, documentation, and reportingContribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of strategies, policies, procedures, systems, and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of ROW project deliveryProvide support to the ROW Project Manager on special assignments, day-to-day operations, and preparation of reports and project updatesQualificationsKnowledge of right-of-way acquisition, land conveyance, and reporting for complex construction mega-projects; familiarity with commercial principles and research methodsAbility to manage real property issues in a design-build environment with multiple interconnected projectsSkilled in technical writing, reporting, public communication, problem-solving, and team collaborationMinimum of three years of project management experience focused on real property in large-scale infrastructure or construction projectsSalary Range: $90,000 to $140,000 yearlyLocation: Sacramento, CAWork Environment: OnsiteOur CompanyCordoba Corporation, Making a DifferenceCordoba Corporation is a leading civil engineering, construction management, program management, and planning firm.
