You’re comfortable checking a deadline, asking for an update, and making sure an unfinished task gets attention. Now you want more experience in how projects are planned and delivered.

We’re hiring an Assistant Project Manager in El Paso to support schedules, coordinate information, and follow assigned activities through to completion. You’ll work alongside the Project Manager, with guidance as you learn company processes and take responsibility for your part of each project.

What You’ll Help Deliver

• Prepare project schedules, milestones, and task lists.
• Confirm requirements with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
• Track progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Arrange meetings, record decisions, and share updates.
• Maintain project documents and resource trackers.
• Flag potential delays and support final checks and handovers.

Your Experience Can Transfer

Project support, logistics, administration, operations, or event coordination experience is helpful. Examples from employment, coursework, volunteering, and military service are welcome.

A specific degree or project management certification isn’t required. We’re looking for clear communication, strong organization, accurate recordkeeping, and confidence using spreadsheets and calendars.

Build Skills With Guidance

Training will cover company systems, project documentation, and reporting. You’ll develop experience in coordinating resources, communicating changes, and monitoring delivery with support from the Project Manager.
