Assistant Project Manager

Consistent bids on new and upcoming projects.Responsibilities:Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination.Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules.Support budgeting, cost tracking, buyout processes, and monthly project reporting.Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action items.Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.Assist with procurement of materials and equipment.Work closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
