Assistant Project Manager - Construction

This position will manage ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+, including data centers, industrial, large-scale commercial, higher education, and healthcare projects from preconstruction through project completion.

Responsibilities
* 1+ years of Assistant Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
* Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+
* Experience in one or more of the following: data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, or healthcare
* Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
* Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
