WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Assist Project Managers in overseeing multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Support project budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Assist with subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration.
- Participate in owner meetings and project progress updates.
- Work closely with field leadership to maintain project schedules, quality, and safety standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Multifamily construction experience is REQUIRED.
- Experience working on multifamily projects valued at $20M+ is highly preferred.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar construction management role.
- Strong understanding of ground-up multifamily construction, project sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. xzgxqkn
