Assistant Project Manager

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Assist Project Managers in overseeing multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Support project budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Assist with subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration.
• Participate in owner meetings and project progress updates.
• Work closely with field leadership to maintain project schedules, quality, and safety standards.

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Multifamily construction experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience working on multifamily projects valued at $20M+ is highly preferred.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar construction management role.
• Strong understanding of ground-up multifamily construction, project sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
