Description
The College of Nursing at The University of Tennessee Chattanooga (UTC) seeks a full-time, 12-month faculty member for anon-tenure-track position. The College of Nursing offers the BSNand DNP degrees in Nursing and embraces the shared governance modeland Boyer’s model of scholarship.
Responsibilities:
- Teach, advise, and engage in scholarship activities
- Participate in the College of Nursing, university service,and/or professional service
- Assist in monitoring and supporting learner success, andcollaborate with curriculum development and revisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychiatric-mental health nursing as a PMHNPor FNP with psychiatric mental health experience. Doctoralpreparation in nursing or a related field is preferred.
- Clinical experience working with clients with psychiatricillness, serious mental illness, and/or substance abuse ispreferred.
- Academic teaching experience preferred.
