Assistant Professor (Clinical) Ocular Oncology

The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Utah, John A. Moran Eye Center, is actively seeking an ophthalmologist for an ocular oncology subspecialty position. This full‑time clinical faculty position in an academic setting will involve ocular oncology care delivery at the main location and satellite clinics, as well as resident and fellow teaching and training in the clinic. The position is surgical and in the clinical track. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ocular oncology care at main location and satellite clinics.
  • Teach and train residents and fellows in the clinic.
  • Perform surgical procedures as part of the clinical track.

Qualifications

  • Completed an accredited ophthalmology residency program.
  • Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
  • Specialty trained in ocular oncology.
