Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of HumanGenetics in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School ofMedicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academicclinician track. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree.
Teaching responsibilities may include teaching medical students, residents, and genetics fellows within the outpatient and inpatientclinical settings and giving clinical lectures to trainees. The academic clinician track requires 100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching responsibilities.
Clinical responsibilities may include providing outpatient and inpatient clinical care in one or more of the following specialties: clinical genetics, biochemical genetics, mitochondrial medicine, genomic medicine, and can be tailored to the applicant's interest and our clinical needs.
