Assistant Production ManagerLocation: Lemon Creek, Juneau, AlaskaPay: starts $24 - $28, DOEHours: Monday - Thursday: 7:35am - 5:20pmPerks: Paid Time Off, Free Product, 4-day work weekSpecific DutiesSupervision of CrewTrain crew members in production proceduresObserve and evaluate crew members and work procedures to ensure quality and efficiency standards are metProvide praise and constructive feedback for crew members, redirecting as neededCommunicate clearly so that all expectations are shared and understoodSolicit and respond to feedback from crew membersProduction ManagementHelp lead Production of products (depending on business need and candidate aptitude)Learn every day. The employee must be able to lift/carry and/or move up to 50 pounds safely.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The job requires most of the day to be spent on feet, standing.Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions and other elements prevalent at the time.
