As a global leader in Dry Ice production, we are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Plant Manager to join our day shift. In this key role, you will be instrumental in ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service to our customers by maintaining our high standards of production and operational excellence.• Maintenance of the facility to include the understanding of and ability to explain basic mechanical theory to direct reports.• Ensuring all staff members adhere to OSHA general standard as it relates to a manufacturing facility, Safety SOP's, P/L management and Labor Cost Management.• Collaborate with regional sales, management, and customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
