Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment safely and efficiently.Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks and identify product issues.Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn machine functions, adjustments, and basic maintenance tasks.Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform physical tasks as required.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
