We’re looking for an Assistant Operations Manager in Mission to support daily workloads, coordinate resources, and help colleagues resolve routine issues alongside the Operations Manager.
Your Role in Daily Operations
- Help allocate tasks and confirm schedules and priorities.
- Monitor progress and follow up on unfinished work.
- Coordinate information between colleagues and business contacts.
- Support onboarding and explain established procedures.
- Maintain operational trackers and prepare management updates.
- Check resource needs and suggest practical workflow improvements.

You may have organized a shift, trained coworkers, coordinated deliveries, or handled requests in a busy office. Operations, logistics, retail, hospitality, and team coordination experience are welcome.
No specific degree or previous management title is required. We’re interested in your ability to:
- Give clear information and listen to colleagues.
- Organize competing tasks and follow through.
- Make practical decisions within agreed responsibilities.
- Use spreadsheets, calendars, and workplace systems.
- Recognize when an issue needs management input.
Grow Into the Responsibility
Training will cover company processes, systems, and reporting. You’ll work with management to develop your skills in workload planning, team support, and operational coordination.
