We’re hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in Dayton to coordinate daily activity and support colleagues alongside the Operations Manager. You’ll help keep workloads manageable, information accurate, and outstanding requests moving toward completion.
Where You’ll Take Responsibility
- Help organize schedules, task assignments, and daily priorities.
- Check progress with colleagues and follow up on deadlines.
- Coordinate information and requests between teams.
- Assist with onboarding, team briefings, and training arrangements.
- Maintain operational records and prepare management updates.
- Monitor resource needs and help resolve routine workflow issues.
Bring Experience You Can Build On
Operations, logistics, administration, retail leadership, or hospitality experience is helpful. You may have trained coworkers, organized a shift, tracked deliveries, or helped a team meet a deadline.
A specific degree or previous management title isn’t required. We value clear communication, dependable follow-through, practical judgment, and confidence using spreadsheets, calendars, and everyday workplace tools.
Develop Alongside Management
Training will cover company procedures, operational systems, and reporting expectations. You’ll build experience in workload planning, team support, and process improvement, with guidance as your responsibilities develop.
