BJC HealthCare’s Siteman Cancer Center seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Outpatient Oncology team. This role supports daily clinic operations, coordinates staffing, and ensures safe, high-quality oncology care. The Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical leadership at the point of care, mentors and develops nurses, supports evidence-based practice, and drives quality and safety initiatives.
