In this leadership role, you’ll support day-to-day operations, oversee telemonitoring workflows, and coordinate care for patients with congestive heart failure. You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and collaborate with physicians, IT specialists, and care coordinators to optimize remote monitoring tools.
