What You'll Do
- Assist in implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
- Support investigations into patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
- Allocate resources in assigned clinical areas for appropriate utilization.
- Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
- Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
- Perform clinical duties as required.
- Monitor compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
- Foster open dialogue and mentor team members for performance improvement.
Requirements
Education
- Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience
- Leadership experience required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current RN License in California
