Key Duties:
- Manage personnel, including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and ensuring departmental goals are met.
- Develop staffing plans, monitor productivity, and oversee departmental budgets and resource utilization.
- Coordinate and deliver patient care tailored to age and developmental needs, following established care plans and documenting appropriately.
- Lead staff communication, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including working in a safety-sensitive environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred with 5-10 years of overall experience.
