Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personnel, including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
- Develop and maintain staffing plans, budgets, and respond to operational needs.
- Provide and oversee patient care based on assessments, creating collaborative care plans aligned with medical treatments.
- Handle staff scheduling, payroll reconciliation, and performance reviews, ensuring productivity and compliance.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in a safety-sensitive environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required: BSN, RN license, 2-5 years of experience, with some supervisory experience preferred for advanced roles.
- Preferred: 5-10 years of experience with less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
