Assistant Nurse Manager – Cardiac/Telemetry

This role involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, overseeing equipment maintenance and procurement, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

• Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting staff development.


• Participating in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational needs to meet departmental goals.


• Providing patient-centered care based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, documenting accordingly.


• Developing collaborative care plans in coordination with medical teams.


• Managing staff productivity, conducting performance reviews, and handling staffing logistics such as overtime and scheduling.

Qualifications include:

• RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• 2-5 years of experience, with supervisory experience preferred for higher roles.


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
