In this hands-on role, you’ll support the Site Manager by supervising team members, ensuring every customer receives friendly, efficient service, and maintaining high standards of wash quality, cleanliness, and safety. You’ll assist with scheduling, training, cash handling, and basic reporting, while promoting wash packages and memberships.
