Qualifications include:
- 3 years or management/leadership experience
- knowledge of reservation systems (Resy, OT)
- knowledge of POS systems (toast)
- knowledge of inventories and inventory systems
- basic COGS and payroll % understanding
- systems management proficiency
- Steps of service expertise
- DOH protocol (Food handlers certificate)
