Assistant Manager in Training - Store Leadership

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support store leadership in Tuscaloosa. You will perform sales, merchandising, and everyday operations, working with the Store Manager to grow sales and recruit teammates. The role includes training and motivating staff and stepping in as Store Manager when needed.

Pay range is $20-$24 per hour, with on-site duties and opportunities for advancement within Buckle's leadership track.
