Assistant Manager in Training - Leadership Elevation

The Buckle, Inc. in Kansas City is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to uphold our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operations tasks, develop the team, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership while training and motivating the team to meet Buckle standards
