Role Profile for Pac NW Andros Sport:

Name of Role: Asst Manager, Andros Sport

Reporting to: Director of New Horizons/ Andros Sport

Location: Seattle/ Greater Seattle Area, Washington State.

Detailed Role Profile:

Sports stores New Distribution (Sales/ Business Development):

• Call on and get new distribution into sports stores in the market.
• Present Andros Sport to Store Owners, fill up paperwork, manage route to market and product flow
• Network with stores, to grow in distribution in the sports channel in market.
• Regularly visit stores to get reorders while the brand builds a consumer franchise.

Events and Sampling:

• Represent the brand Andros Sport at sporting events (race, bike, triathlon etc), community events.
• Engage with local organizers to win the space and right to sample at these events. Negotiate competitively on fees where needed.
• Engage with consumers, via sampling and be the brand ambassador.
• Be appropriately attired in brand merch and decorate sampling station with brand guidance.
• Responsible for building and maintaining an active Events Calendar ensuring high visibility in the region and maintain top of mind awareness.
• Generate and supply content to social media team from events – before during and after.

Demos:

• Book, Plan, and manage in-store demos at Retailers as per approved demo calendar.
• Where relevant, review, assist, train and monitor external demo agency staff and external demo teams.

In-store audit of merchandising, inventory and price

• Travel to stores, take pictures of shelf for Andros Sport
• Count and record Inventory on shelf
• Build relationship with Store Managers and Department managers and facilitate reorders to ensure stocking
• Ensure any operational issues are identified and resolved whether at store level or customer level. Communicate with Broker and Distributor Reps towards these goals
• Apply POS- point of sale advertising material as approved by retailer and brand
• Record pricing on shelf, identify and elevate pricing issues.
• Ops Planning of promotions – ensure inventory buildup at stores, and pricing
• Prepare weekly summary reports on Merchandising, Inventory and Pricing.
  And derivative reports like tracking velocity by SKU.

Other:

• Plugged in to local fitness communities
• Assist in regional independents including in grocery as needed

Region:

• Pacific North West. Ideally based in Greater Seattle region.

Requirements:

• Travel by car in the Pacific Northwest region – Bellingham, Seattle, Tacoma, Portland and other regions of Oregon and Washington state.
