Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Zimmerman, Minnesota, North Star Pizza Company, Inc. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance in our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Starting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory control, and cash management
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor and maintain product quality and consistency
• Assist in training and developing new team members
• Manage shift schedules and assign tasks to team members efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing initiatives and achieve sales targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and placing orders as needed
• Participate in cost control measures to optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in food service or retail management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in basic math for inventory and cash management
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficient computer skills for order processing and inventory management
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• ServSafe certification (preferred)
