The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent position is responsible for assisting the Golf Course Superintendent in the overall maintenance of the golf course and the common areas (clubhouse grounds, parking lot, etc…).
The role involves implementing mowing schedules for greens, tees, fairways, rough areas, and bunkers, maintaining irrigation systems, and assisting with pesticide and fertilizer applications when licensed. It also covers equipment maintenance and supervising seasonal workers.
