As Assistant General Manager, you'll work side-by-side with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, strong client relationships, and an outstanding guest experience.What You'll DoPartner with the General Manager to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing valet teamCoach, mentor, and motivate employees to deliver top-tier customer serviceManage employee performance including training, coaching, counseling, retention, and employee relationsAssist with hiring and terminations as neededCollaborate with Human Resources on recruiting and staffing needsMaintain a strong working relationship with the client's designated site contactHandle onsite communication with guests, client representatives, and managementEnsure compliance with all Park Inc. and client policies and proceduresContinuously review operations for efficiency and service improvementsCreate, distribute, and clearly communicate employee schedulesEnsure all shifts are covered and staffing gaps are filledReview daily, weekly, and monthly operational and timekeeping reportsConduct routine audits and "mystery shop" assessmentsTrain employees on job-site operations with a strong focus on safety and serviceEnforce company policies and procedures consistentlyEnsure all company equipment is properly maintainedAssist with property damage claims and incident documentationWhat We're Looking ForLeadership experience in valet, hospitality, parking, or service-based operationsStrong customer service mindset and a proven ability to lead by exampleExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join Park Inc.?Competitive salary of $46,000 – $47,000Work at a high-profile entertainment destinationOpportunity to make a direct impact on guest experience and team cultureCareer growth within a respected parking and valet management companyQualificationsMinimum of 3 years in a fast paced work environment, parking management preferredExperience managing a large workforce with a variety of roles and responsibilitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferredExcellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skillsExcellent customer service skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levelsExcellent interpersonal and excellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelMust be detailed oriented and able to make sound decisions within assigned deadlinesAbility to work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather conditionsMust possess a valid drivers license at all timesMust have at least 3 years driving history with a good driving recordMust be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift)This is a 7 day operation and some days we provide service 24 hoursMust be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededAbility to stand for long periods of time as well as jog/run on a consistent basis
