Wendy’s in Sandy, OR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in daily operations, staffing and policy execution. You will help interview, select and train Shift Managers and Crew Members, and foster an engaged culture while communicating effectively with the store team.
The AGM will oversee food safety, scheduling, sales goals, labor and cost controls, and adherence to Wendy’s standards. Associates degree and 1 year of line experience preferred; ServSafe certification
