As Assistant General Manager, you'll lead our sales team day to day — setting the pace, coaching in the moment, and making sure every client who walks through our doors experiences Springer's at its best.You'll partner side by side with the General Manager as one leadership team, turning strategy into daily action. This is a role for someone who is energized by developing people, driving performance, and executing at a high level in a luxury environment.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead the sales team every day — set the rhythm, drive momentum, and keep the floor focused on what matters most.Coach in the moment: observe, give real-time feedback, and develop the selling behaviors that build lasting client relationships.Own appointment execution and client follow-up so no opportunity is missed.Track performance daily and use what you see to direct coaching and adjust focus.Bring our luxury client experience to life through visible floor leadership and thoughtful service recovery.Hold consistent one-on-ones and development conversations that help advisors grow.Partner closely with the General Manager, presenting one clear and consistent message to the team.Keep the business running smoothly — scheduling, daily operations, and team readiness for events.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGRetail leadership experience in a luxury or high-end environment, with a record of driving results through people.A genuine passion for coaching and developing others.Comfort with sales metrics and the discipline to manage performance daily.Strong communication and presence — you set the tone for the team.Composure and sound judgment when handling client escalations.Proficiency with CRM, POS, and scheduling tools.High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or certifications support success in this role.WORK ENVIRONMENTFast-paced luxury showroom environment with extended periods on the sales floor.Ability to handle fine jewelry and timepieces with care and precision; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons and events.HOW SUCCESS IS MEASUREDAt Springer's, every role has a clear definition of success.
