That means:BOH and FOH operations — you're present, not just supervisingScheduling, labor management, and shift executionRecruiting, training, and developing your teamInventory management and ordering supportHealth, safety, and compliance standardsCustomer experience and guest recoverySupporting P&L awareness and operational performanceWhat we offer$48,000 – $60,000+ annually, commensurate with experienceStructured schedule: five tens — while most restaurant managers are grinding 65+ hour weeks, our AGMs work a structured schedule with real days off. But make no mistake, this is a floor-level leadership role. You're in it daily, running shifts and developing your team in real time.You'll be present and hands-on the majority of your shift — this isn't a back-office role.
