Assistant General Manager — Outdoor Car Wash Lead

GO Car Wash in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily site operations and support the Site General Manager with inventory, equipment, and safety standards to deliver a convenient, consistent, and exceptional car wash experience for customers.

You will also assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing teammates, leading by example and upholding our values in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This role is full-time and on-site.
