We are currently seeking a dynamic, lead-by-example Assistant General Manager who is passionate about service, hospitality, and team development to join our leadership team.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- Base Salary Range of $85,000–$90,000
- Quarterly Bonus Program up to 15%

Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive management experience in service-driven restaurants
- Experience hiring, training and mentoring a diverse hourly FOH staff of at least 25 people
- Excellent communication and critical thinking decision-making skills
- Experience meeting financial goals, managing P&L
- Ability to drive and measure performance/success
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
