What you'll do
- Maintain a constant, hands-on presence on the floor during service to support staff, monitor service flow, and engage with guests.
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations, maintaining strict quality standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve elevated complaints with grace, empathy, and urgency.
- Build shift schedules aligned with labor budgets and forecasted guest counts to ensure optimal service coverage.
- Cultivate a supportive, respectful, and high-energy culture rooted in servant leadership.
- Ensure daily cash handling, POS reconciliation, shift logs, and administrative reporting are completed accurately.
What we'll offer
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000
