Assistant General Manager

Affable Hospitality is hiring for an Assistant General Manager to help support across our restaurant group. Our restaurants are high volume with fast paced services and rely heavily on supportive teamwork from the manager on duty. This is a cross-company role and will be well suited for someone interested in growing their managerial skills.

The cross-company Assistant General Manager will be responsible for running 5 services each week across two of our restaurants.

Responsibilities include: greeting and seating guests, taking food/drink orders when necessary, helping run food, bus tables, and sell/pour wine in addition to managerial tasks of printing menus, running pre-shift meetings, keeping the team motivated, and monitoring inventory. The ideal candidate has Manhattan FOH experience both as a manager and a server.
