CAVA Rialto is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and running daily restaurant operations. You will help with scheduling, forecasting, labor management and inventory while developing hourly Team Members.
You will lead by example in service, uphold food quality and safety standards, and assist with financial reporting and cost control to drive profitability. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
