Job Summary

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including selection, development, and performance management of employees.


• Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.


• Maintain accurate inventory and control the cost of goods to optimize profits.


• Respond to guest complaints and take appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.


• Develop Crewmembers to become Shift Leaders and develop Shift Leaders to become Assistant Managers.


• Uphold all ServSafe guidelines and ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


• ServSafe certification required.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.


• Experience with inventory management and cost control.


• Knowledge of restaurant sanitation and safety regulations.


• Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.
