This role is pivotal in overseeing operations, driving sales, and managing employee relations. As an Assistant General Manager, you will collaborate closely with your team to ensure Prime Car Wash consistently delivers customer satisfaction by maintaining top-notch service and quality. You will take ownership of all aspects of the wash, providing leadership and coaching to empower your team towards success.· Manage day-to-day operations of a service facility overseeing up to 30-40 staff at one time · Opening and closing of location · Coaching and working with employees to improve quality · Engage with clients and build meaningful relationships · Knowledge of and an ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash (sales, labor, detail) in addition to management as needed · Car wash equipment operations and ordering wash chemicals, supplies and products · Operation of a complex POS system as well as other wash computer programs· Supreme commitment and experience in customer service and teamwork · Team player who is not afraid to jump in and get the work done · Self-motivation and goal-oriented individual with superior organizational and multi-tasking skills · Exhibit the utmost respect for yourself and your team · Willing and able to work a variety of hours and in a variety of conditions.
